Wafferha Support

Waffarha Trading W.L.L. provides support for the Wafferha customer and seller apps. For help with an order, customer or seller account access, restaurant onboarding, branch or menu management, pickup verification, a privacy request, or account deletion, email hello@nemu.ae or call +971529787138. Support is available in English and Arabic. Include your name, the app you are using, and the relevant order, restaurant, or branch number when applicable. Never send your password, one-time verification code, or full pickup PIN by email or phone. For account deletion, customers can also start the request from inside the customer app; active orders must first be completed or cancelled.
