Waffarha Trading W.L.L. ("Waffarha", "we", "us", or "our") provides the Wafferha customer app, the Wafferha Seller app, related websites, and supporting services in Qatar. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect information when customers, restaurant owners, and authorized restaurant staff use those services.
Information we collect may include your name, email address, phone number, account and user identifiers, device and notification identifiers, login and security records, support messages, and information you submit to us. For customers, this may include delivery or pickup contact details, saved or selected addresses, precise location when permission is granted, cart contents, purchase and order history, pickup verification information, and account-deletion requests. For restaurants and sellers, it may include business, restaurant, branch, staff, role and permission details; branch addresses and precise map locations; menus, products, prices, availability, inventory and operational settings; uploaded restaurant, product, banner or profile photos and videos; customer order details needed to prepare and hand over orders; and activity or audit records.
The Seller app may request camera access to scan a customer's pickup QR code, photo-library access when a user chooses restaurant or product media, and location access while the app is open to place or update a restaurant branch on the map. The camera framework may require a microphone permission description, but Waffarha does not use the Seller app to record or retain audio. Permissions can be changed in iOS Settings.
We use information to create and secure accounts, authenticate users, send verification and service messages, provide customer ordering and seller-management features, display nearby restaurants and branch locations, process and manage pickup orders, verify handover using a QR code or PIN, manage menus and inventory, provide support, prevent fraud and misuse, maintain security and audit records, diagnose problems, meet legal obligations, and improve service reliability. The current release supports cash payment at pickup and does not collect payment-card details.
We share information only as needed to operate the service. A selected restaurant and its authorized staff receive the customer and order details needed to prepare, contact, and hand over an order. Customers receive relevant restaurant, branch, product, price, availability, and order-status information. We may use contracted providers for cloud hosting, file storage, maps and geocoding, email or notification delivery, security, and technical support. Those providers process information for Waffarha under their service terms and safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a lawful business transfer. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for cross-app advertising tracking.
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes above and for legitimate operational, accounting, dispute, security, and legal requirements. Customers may request account deletion in the customer app. Active orders must first be completed or cancelled. After an approved deletion, direct identifiers and private app data are deleted or anonymized, while limited order, financial, consent, and security-audit records may be retained where necessary. Restaurant and seller records may be retained while the business account is active and for an appropriate period afterward to satisfy operational and legal obligations.
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or ask questions about how information is handled. You may also disable optional device permissions in iOS Settings. To make a privacy request, email hello@nemu.ae or call +971529787138. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, role-based permissions, secure communications, and audit records. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. The services are not directed to children, and restaurant seller accounts are intended for authorized business users.
Service providers may process information outside Qatar when necessary to operate cloud, mapping, notification, or support services. Where this occurs, we use available contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the service and applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the services or legal requirements. The current version and effective date appear on the public policy page. Material changes may also be communicated through the apps or other appropriate channels.

Customer-app information may also include an optional profile photo, catalog search queries, and product or restaurant reviews when review features are available. We and our service providers may process IP address, user agent, app version, device and session metadata, product interactions, crash diagnostics, performance data, and operational logs.
When Google Maps features are used, the Google Maps SDK may process linked user or device identifiers and other technical data for app functionality and analytics, and unlinked product-interaction, crash, and performance data for analytics. We use this information to provide maps, measure feature usage, diagnose crashes and performance issues, and maintain service reliability.
We require contracted service providers that receive personal information to apply the same or equivalent protections described in this policy and required by applicable law. Provider analytics and diagnostics are retained under the provider terms and controls applicable to the service. When an account is deleted, we delete or anonymize information under our control as described below; information held by providers is handled under our contracts, provider retention controls, and applicable legal requirements.
